Within 2 mins walk from Chingford High Street and Station. Bus facilities are very near, and there is paid parking close by.
The group will take 10 women only, so you do have to book in advance to reserve your space.
You do have to pay for the full 10 weeks or pay monthly in advance.
All classes are £15 paid monthly in advance, with a one off £10 Registration fee and your first class fee. A total of £25 - These classes do not offer drop-ins
You can register via PayPal. Please state in the special requirements box in the checkout when you would like your first class to be.To book via post you need to download registration form. Then send first class fee and registration fee (£25) to Arlene, please write on the form date you would like to start. Bookings are being taken for all classes now.

Please also note this is not a drop in class. Drop in is only available to women who are members of the other classes and want to attend as an additional class. Also available for women in their third trimester in the last four weeks of their pregnancy and who are already attending any Yoga4birth classes. Classes are not refundable or transferable.
