Active Birth Ante natal Yoga- Barkantine E14

This is a Active Birth pregnancy yoga class which is taught by Arlene Dunkley-Wood, who has 17 years experience as an Active Birth Teacher/Yoga Birth Educator/Doula/Counsellor and Craniosacral Therapist.
Classes are small and intimate. Set in this new beautiful building that supports women to birth in a relaxed and women centered environment.
Classes are held weekly but are booked monthly in advance. Once you start the gorup you are expected to attend until you have your baby or two weeks notice must be given before leaving.
All women are welcome.

Fee: £15 per class paid monthly in advance with a one off registration fee of £10. You can pay in monthly or 10 weekly blocks upto 38 weeks after which time you can pay weekly.
To book download the registration form and send in with £25 first class fee and registration fee to reserve your place in the group. There is now a waiting list for classes at the Barkantine, so book early to prevent disappointment.
