Eating healthily during pregnancy
Try to avoid sweet things, like cakes, biscuits, and foods loaded with saturated fats during your pregnancy. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables and a mix of whole grains and whole foods. Drink plenty of water, and avoid caffinated beverages. Experiment with foods, and enjoy. Foods rich in Omega 3,6,9 are good for brain development and help to prevent premature delivery of baby and also births post dates.

Breastfeeding tea now available. Contains fenugreek which research now shows helps increase milk supply.
