Fee: £100 for 10 weeks
Amongst all the hussle and bussle we often put aside our own needs as mothers. The post natal yoga is an oportunity for you to have some time for yourself, and to ignite your yoga practise. Because you are worth it. Come and join us for this short introduction class.
